Tramite USB, per transistor bipolari e FET

Questo pratico strumento può essere utilizzato per misurare e registrare le curve caratteristiche dei transistor bipolari NPN e PNP, dei JFET e dei MOSFET a canale P ed N. Il circuito è basato su un microcontrollore R8C/13 che invia i dati delle misure ad un programma Windows, tramite USB.
